Meet CCMFriends' New Co-Directors
Kevin & Sheryll Fong

Their story, briefly ...
Kevin became newly-single in the early 90's, and was looking for a single Christians' organization. There was a group called Single Christians Connection (SCC) that was starting up, and he went to the first meetings. (Eventually SCC became CCMfriends.) Kevin attended most of the SCC, CCMfriends and Mission Portland dances.
In 2003, Sheryll started going to the CCMfriends dances, where she met Kevin and soon changed his status from "single" to "married". Those Christian dances can change your life!
Between them, Kevin and Sheryll have six grown kids and three grandchildren. Sheryll has been a Realtor in the Portland area for many years, and Kevin is a photographer and also sells photographic equipment. Sheryll sings with their church's worship team and Kevin preaches occasionally.
Their goal is to honor the Lord by providing a fun, safe, and energetic dance venue for adult singles and couples.as well as to live out Psalms 149:3 - "Let them praise His name with dancing"! |
Hi all you dancers!
We are Kevin and Sheryll Fong, and we're excited at the chance to host the CCMfriends dances!
Our heartfelt thanks go to Ron and Lisa Cowan for their leadership and selfless devotion to CCMfriends for over the past eleven years, and we know we'll be seeing them at the dances for many years to come.
We're looking forward to having fun with all of you at the upcoming events. If you can stop your feet from moving long enough, say 'Hi' to us and let us know your thoughts - we'd love your input!
